HireCandid exists because most staffing and consulting firms treat clients as transactions. Reqs get resume-dumped. Projects get scoped vaguely and billed broadly. Nobody's actually accountable when things don't work out.

We built something different — a firm where the people doing the work understand the work. Our Salesforce staffing practice is led by someone who builds on the platform daily. Our consulting engagements are scoped honestly, with clear deliverables and real accountability.

HireCandid was founded by a Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience across the full platform stack — Apex, Lightning Web Components, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform integrations, Copado and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and Agentforce AI capabilities.

Before starting HireCandid, our founder worked across enterprise Salesforce implementations, experiencing firsthand the gap between what generalist staffing agencies provide and what technical teams actually need. The Salesforce ecosystem is deep — knowing the platform is the difference between placing a keyword match and placing the right person.

HireCandid was built to close that gap: a staffing and consulting firm where the people evaluating candidates understand the technical stack, and where clients get honest advice rather than a sales pitch.

We give you realistic timelines, honest candidate assessments, and clear pricing up front. If a role will be hard to fill in your timeframe, we'll tell you why and what options exist. If a project scope is going to creep, we flag it early — not after the invoice arrives.
