Do you work with companies outside New Jersey?
Yes. We're based in Edison, NJ, but we place Salesforce professionals and run consulting engagements nationwide. Most of our placements are remote or hybrid.
What does it cost to use HireCandid for staffing?
Employers pay a placement fee; candidates pay nothing ever. For contract roles, we bill a markup on the hourly rate. For direct hire, we charge a one-time placement fee (typically 18–22% of first-year salary). We're transparent about fees upfront.
What's the minimum size for an IT consulting engagement?
We don't have a formal minimum. We've done short advisory sessions and multi-month implementation projects. Tell us what you need — if it's not a fit, we'll tell you that honestly rather than overselling.
Do you only place Salesforce professionals for staffing?
Our staffing practice specializes in Salesforce because that's where our technical depth gives candidates and clients a real advantage. We don't place general IT roles — we'd rather be exceptional in one area than mediocre across many.
